A mellow muscatel flavor like Darjeeling from India. In order to achieve that gorgeous, fruity aroma, the tea leaves are withered while adjusting the moisture content. By withering at a low temperature, the tea leaves are fermented slowly and kept fresh, resulting in a gorgeous, sweet, flower-like aroma.

The world's three biggest black teas are Darjeeling from India, Uva from Sri Lanka, and Keemun from China. We want to add Japanese "Wakocha" to these three in cooperation with Japanese black tea producers all over Japan, and create the fourth largest black tea producing region in the world. With that thought in mind, we are working on black tea production.
